1. Equipment Use

The mobile pressure-resistant test bench is mainly used for the pressure-resistant test of various high voltage electrical and electronic equipment on the vehicle.It is suitable for testing various motors, transformers, electromagnetic contactors, ac contactors, wires, cables and other instruments and materials, and testing the insulation level of products and the ability to withstand internal and external overvoltage.

2. Main functions

The equipment is mobile and should be applicable to the electric strength (pressure resistance) of the subway vehicle motor, vehicle various high-voltage electrical appliances, electronic equipment, electromagnetic contactors, AC contactors, wires, cables and other instruments and various materials. The test can assess the insulation level of the electrical and electronic equipment under test and the ability to withstand internal and external overvoltages.

3. Main structural composition

The mobile pressure test bench adopts a transformer boost mode, and the device includes a high voltage boost circuit, an automatic control circuit, a sampling comparison circuit, a protection circuit, a leakage current preset detection circuit, and an alarm circuit. The whole withstand voltage test system is designed with modularity and is divided into three parts: control system, test system and safety protection system.
